	Mount Baruntse Expedition (7129m) AUTUMN DEPARTURE: 29th Sep. - 6th Nov. 2009

Baruntse is one of the beautiful peaks in Nepal, a considerable and symmetrical snow peak, has four ridges and four summits. It is bounded on the east by the Barun Glacier flowing north south from Cho, to the northwest by the Imja Tse glacier and the Hunku glacier forms the southeast boundary.
Our expedition guides and climbing Sherpas are well experienced and has got a lot of practical experience. They have been in this field for the last two decades. So they could give all necessary guidance to take what all precaution and expected dangers and how to tackle them. This enhances our expeditors to have full confidence and courage.

29th September 2009 Days 01 : Meeting upon arrival in Kathmandu International Airport by our representative, transfer to hotel.

30th September - 1st October 2009 Days 02 - 03 : Stay in Kathmandu for official procedure, overnight at hotel.

2nd October 2009 Days 04 : Fly to Lukla, trek to Chutanga (3100m), overnight at tented camp.

3rd October 2009 Days 05 : Trek to Zatra La Pass (4100m), overnight at tented camp.

4th October 2009 Days 06 : Trek to Tashing Ongma (Kothey) (3500m), overnight at tented camp.

5th October 2009 Days 07 : Trek to Thangnag (4350m), overnight at tented camp.

6th October 2009 Days 08 : Trek to Khare (4800m), overnight at tented camp.

7th October 2009 Days 09 : Rest day Khare (4800m), overnight at tented camp.

8th October 2009 Days 10 : Trek to Mera La / Mera Peak Base Camp (5200m), overnight at tented camp.

9th October 2009 Days 11 : Ascent to High camp (5780m), overnight at tented camp.

10th October 2009 Days 12 : Summit Mera Peak (6654m), overnight at tented camp.

11th October 2009 Days 13 : Extra day to summit in case of bad weather, overnight at tented camp.

12th October 2009 Days 14 : Trek to Seto Pokhari (towards Mt. Baruntse Base Camp), overnight at tented camp.

13th October 2009 Days 15 : Trek to Baruntse Base Camp (5300m), overnight at tented camp.

14th - 28th October 2009 Days 16 - 30 : Climbing Period for Mt. Barutse, overnight at tented camp.

29th October 2009 Days 31 : Trek towards Amphu Lapcha La Pass base camp (5400meter), overnight at tented camp.

30th October 2009 Days 32 : Trek to Chhukung (4750m) after crossing Amphu Lapcha La Pass (5700m), overnight at guesthouse.

31st October 2009 Days 33 : Trek to Pangboche (3900m), overnight at guesthouse.

1st November 2009 Days 34 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3450m), overnight at guesthouse.

2nd November 2009 Days 35 : Trek to Lukla (2800m), overnight at guesthouse.

3rd November 2009 Days 36 : Fly to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.

4th - 5th November 2009 Days 37 - 38 : Leisure day in Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.

6th November 2009 Days 39 : Transfer to airport, departure onward destination.
