The area located in the central west of Nepal the focal point of the area is the Shey-Phoksundo National park. Lower dolpa offers a wonderful chance to experience a landscape and culture far different from that seen in other parts of Nepal. The least complicated trek to undertake, and one of the most popular treks in the west of Nepal. This remote and rugged protected area is attractive both scenically and culturally. The area is the inhabitant of various rare and endangered species of wildlife and plants diversity, which can be seen nowhere else in Nepal.

Days 01 : Fly to Nepalganj, overnight at hotel.

Days 02 : Fly to Juphal and start trek to Dunai, overnight at tented camp.

Days 03 : Trek to Hanke Check Post, overnight at tented camp.

Days 04 : Trek to Sumdo, overnight at tented camp.

Days 05 : Trek to Shey - Phoksundo Lake, overnight at tented camp.

Days 06 : Rest at Shey - Phoksundi Lake, overnight at tented camp.

Days 07 : Trek to Baga La Base Camp, overnight at tented camp.

Days 08 : Trek to Numa La Base Camp after crossing Baga La Pass, overnight at tented camp.

Days 09 : Trek to Kakar Gompa after crossing Numa La Pass, overnight at tented camp.

Days 10 : Trek to Dho Tarap, overnight at tented camp.

Days 11 : Rest at Dho Tarap, overnight at tented camp.

Days 12 : Trek to Big Cave, overnight at tented camp.
