Days 09 : Rest at Shegar for acclimatization

Days 10 : Drive to Rongbuk (5000m) 68km

Days 11 : Ascent to Base Camp (5200m)

Days 12 - 13 : Stay at Base Camp (5200m)

Days 14 : Ascent to Interim Camp (5760m)
